The monkeys are actually quite cute - our driver picked dandelion leaves to attract and feed to them (plus he had pasta as a backup). We each held a monkey. They're not technically a monkey as they have no tail - they are macaques. And they seem quite tame. Of course, they were only interested in the food.

Finally, we stopped at the 'The Angry Friar' pub - we didn't ask why he was angry - and had a pint before walking ...
