      ... br> It can only take a second and even someone experienced at swimming in the ocean can be swept off their feet when a rip current comes through. The natural tendency is to fight against the current but that is a losing battle. You must swim parallel to the beach until you are out of it. If you are going to take part in ocean activities, educate yourself on how to spot these deadly currents and what to do if caught in one. And let others know too -- you might just save someone else's life.

      ... then when the penny dropped stu darted down the hill to help us roll the bike back to the top. We were lucky.. It could have been soooo much worse. Sooo many people out here have bandages on them from bike accidents.
