... are a few luxurious items I wouldn't mind having. Bob has decided he can handle a diesel and a bath and a half would be nice to have.

Also yesterday, Bob and I were asked to step into the position of Golf Carts/Radios Lt when the current Lt becomes the Captain. We were told by one person that he really liked how we work and catch on to things fast. We talked about it and decided that we would try it for a the next ...

Our main reason for being in Houston was to visit the Johnson Space Center (JSC). We arrived at 10am and got a spot right by the entrance, because there were not many people there. Tomorrow we head back toward New Orleans.

... ten things we'd go to see. The exception to that rule was the Mesa Verde National Park - maybe because we bought a National Park Pass so could get in for free. The park itself is rather boring compared to the others we have visited over the last week. What made this one so fascinating is the 1000 year old structures created by the Ancestral Pueblo people. Summing up a few thousand year old culture, these tribes built elaborate stone communities in the sheltered alcoves ...

... where everyone else was it wasn't long before we boarded the plane to Mexico City. Soon enough we were in Mexico City and the only language you heard was Spanish! We went through immigration, customs, and then Victor and I went to give the baggage there Palmira's information to send my luggage to when they got it. We then met up with Edgar from the language school and got on the 2 hour bus ride ...
