Majestic Grand Tetons
... moose hunt. This was the only animal we did not see up close enough to get pictures. And the animal gods were with us because we did see a huge elk and two cows in the field. He was hidden behind some brush but I was able to get some pictures. It was great!

... from a bridge. We drove to the Snow King Resort and did alpine slides- everyone (even Zach!) rode their own cart. We went straight from there to the Bar J Chuck Wagon dinner and show, which was outstanding! Welcome to Wyoming
... really big 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and I loved the open kitchen, living room and dining area. It's a really nice and comfortable home and they have done a great job of decorating. After unpacking we went to the Headwater's Lodge for dinner. They were out of prime rib - my first choice - but the filet mignon I had was delicious. I got a tour of the lodge area and convenience store, and then we headed back to the cabin to catch up on ...
Jackson Hole Town Square and MOOSE!
... of a bummer - but at least we got to see them and snap a few photos. So far we have seen marmot, deer, antelope, bison and moose. Next we are hoping for a bear - Pam saw a cub running in the forest this evening but we couldn't stop fast enough to catch a glimpse of him.
Final stop of the day was the Moose, Wyoming, post office so we could mail a few post cards. Thought it was funny that the only postcard stamps ...
