... identify them by their calls alone. In the evening we walked to Piro Beach to look for turtles using just the red light on our head torches - not easy as you can only see a couple feet in front of you. Just as we were getting to the end of the beach we found a Ridley Olive turtle laying. It was a great sight watching her. We tagged her and once she had finished laying and returned to the sea we dug up her eggs to take ...

... to start but soon we have about another 4 or 5 younger kids joining in and she is far more confident. Finishing the day with a round of 'if you're happy and you know it' with grade 2. Then off to Spanish class with Runia to learn about the gender of words. I found a chair with an umbrella and spent the morning reading in the breeze. I ...

... know you're not only supporting a local business, but you're also helping to support a very nice family.

The kids had another great day surfing and boogie boarding today. Probably the last surfing of our trip since we leave for Montezuma tomorrow which is known more for its snorkeling and waterfalls than surfing. Should be another adventure heading to Montezuma too. We are leaving the rental car at a local's ...
