... Really don't need much more than that. Not necessarily trying to do more with less, but rather having the right tools and team with with which to do the job.

Frites at Hurley's are also amazing. There is a reason I visited Montreal after the rest of the trip. I may not actually lose any weight on this trip.

Aside from knowing that the Palestinians are stirring things up again (and honestly, the Israeli's should be given carte blanche to clean things up), ...

... being jet-lagged is exactly the feeling of coming off night shifts - awful and you want to sleep so bad but all you can manage to do is take naps here and there when your body is so ridiculously tired (like on airport benches with your backpack as a pillow and you wake up with drool on your scarf surrounded by people when you were the only one there when you fell asleep!).

It's about 20 degrees Celsius here and sunny on and off and I'll do a bit ...

... heard a crowd go so mental for a goal in any sport in my life. They did not stop yelling and cheering for a good 4 minutes. A bit of hope washed over the crowd and it seemed to pick up the team as well, but unfortunately a 2-1 loss would be how the game ended. After the game we caught the train back, went and got some dinner (I had my first poutine, not bad), then went to bed after discussions about how much snow had fallen and how good the mountain was going to ...

... of Gothic Revival architecture built between 1824 and 1829. The magnificent interior in wood and the bold modern design of the Notre-Dame-du-Sacre-Coeur Chapel captivates hundred of thousands of visitors each year. Paintings, sculptures and stained-glass windows illustrate biblical passages as well as 350 years of parish history. It is a pity my photos of inside didn't turn out as the interior is really spectacular.

... was a very hot day +28C + the humidity.

We traversed the village, there was soo much going on, it was crowded with people and a lot of street vendors and booths just like Ottawa Pride has…we perused the area and saw so many interesting and bizarre things – as in there was this one guy with *Massive* and I mean massive white high-top sneakers that were literally falling off his feet with each step he took – so I followed him for about 20 yards ...
