      Oddly enough you don't see much transit activity anywhere down here...seems to be very much a car culture with everyone driving and very little carpooling it seems..

      ... option was to catch a train to a city called Lille, France. We got a connection there and arrived a few hours later. In Lille, we were very tired and really just wanted to sleep. We tried to figure out if it would be easier to get a hostel for the night or to just grab a bus across the chunnel and straight to London.
