    While your body may not feel as spry as it used to when you were younger, you will still want to get exercise to keep it working at top capacity. Exercising feels good because it releases endorphins, which makes you feel good. A quick walk around the block or even around the mall will have you feeling better in no time.

    ... itself was massive. We had a walk through the town to try and find somewhere to eat and stumbled across this beachside deli called Britt's Pizza. It was a very unassuming place, but my oh my was the food there great ! Emma had settled on having ice cream for lunch and was served with a giant scoop of chocolate and rocky road. Chris and myself had a rib eye sub and Russ an Italian sub. All three of these scored a very respectable '4/5 Subs'. ...

    ... little beach chairs with senior citizens. One guy stood out in the middle of all of this, and that was a lost hippy from 60+ age. He laid out a complete bed sheet, held in place in the corners by two pairs of shoes. He also brought a stereo set and an Ipod, and off he went with all kind of cheesy music like Bruce Sprinsteen's 'Born in the USA etc. Etc.
