... to get an engraved Swiss Army Pocket Knife as a souvenir. In the late afternoon we took a cruise on Lake Lucerne where we got some great views of the city and the very impressive properties that line it's banks. Lucerne is a lovely city that oozes wealth and class; though it's probably best that we are only here for an afternoon... everything looks very expensive! Back to Engelberg for dinner; a very long drive to Paris (700km+) is ahead of us ...
... like they were going to fall off and by about 3/4 of the way down I thought I was going to throw up from exhaustion but if I got the chance to go back on a good day I would do so in an instant.
I left the mountains barely able to move but incredibly happy with my time there, it was back to Olten to recover at Adriens place.
With my recovery now complete I can leave Switzerland, I will be flying to Copenhagen tomorrow and then heading onto Stockholm.

... us had a lot of fun playing in the snow. Many of them had never played in the snow before.
When we came down the mountain, we went into the city of Lucerne. Lucerne is built on a lake. It is quite famous for watches and Swiss army knives. We wandered through the streets of Lucerne, watched the swans on the lake and strolled across a 13th century wooden bridge. We went on a boat ride on the lake.

Awesome hotel. Amazing view, amazing breakfast and loved the donnas. The beds were two singles but it was clean and nice.
