... a castle fortress overlooks a wide beach. We explored a bit, ate a bit, and rode home along the coastal route enjoying beautiful views of the ocean all along the ride. This day was almost 50 miles long, and had probably close to 5000 feet of climbing. The road was so beautiful and the weather so perfect that we didn't really even notice we had done that much work. This night was "guest choice" for dinner. In other words, Trek sent us out on our ...

What a sports centre? For a small town, it had Olympic level facilities. A full athletics facility, a brand new swimming pool, AstroTurf playing arena, skate park and a huge indoor space. So a short planned move to Loupian. It should have been simple, but getting ...

... about what we were looking forward to when we get to France.
My Nan decided that she would leave before I left so that she didn't break down in tears,
but no it was the opposite way around, I broke down in tears.
I guess its because last season my other Nan got diagnosed with cancer and I sadly
lost her however this time my Nan was due for an operation so I guess I was just a bit worried.

      Anyway, Dee's ...
