    Today we boarded the bus at 8:30 to drive to the medieval town of Pezenas. It was a very charming - cute little shops everywhere. We strolled around the town and took in the sites. There was an interesting Door Museum, which we wandered through and saw doors as old as the 16th century. The whole day was without the frenzy of a million tourists which made it very relaxing.     ... just to name a few. Although I would have loved to take a nap after this feast, I had wanted to walk to the top of Mount St. Clair for what was to be a beautiful view of the city. The lady at the Hotel desk said it would take about 30 minutes. Well, perhaps her English is not as good as we thought because it took about an hour and 30 minutes!     ... which was on the beach. Once again we had our evening thunderstorm. We were only going to stay one night but didn't feel like another big drive today so we are staying 2 nights. They have a nice big pool and a sandy beach which the boys love. The sand is finer than Spain but is not like the white sand we have at home. It's more like fine dirt.
