Our backpack was filled with goodies which we did whilst stepping back out onto the balcony to watch the Arrencada dels Gegants, with numerous bands, giants, nans and others passing beneath us in a carnival atmosphere. A new Roman site has been opened up on the way to Serallo so we took a small diversion to have a look at it. It's less dramatic than most of the city's antiquities but presumably adds to Tarragona's claim to be a World Heritage site.
