... a price. Luckily, its a small price to pay, about 3 foot 9.

The two and a half hours a week I have the seven-year-old devil-children of Beginners 4, that's the price tag. There is the clammy cry-baby Juan Miguel who is in danger of actually taking out an eye with the under-wire in my bra he stands so close to me when I ask them to line up. There's Squeally Miki who gets so over excited when all hell breaks loose that he ...

... led astray by the excellent value of the Menu Del Dia (or more likely the wine that came with it), the Gin & Tonic that was served in something the size of a goldfish bowl, the vat of Brandy and Baileys or maybe the Jack Daniels or two served at the Country & Western night. The local bar owners do seem to have a very heavy hand, which made for a heavier head the following morning and some amusement for us all. Reading the local classified ...

... CELTA course I took. We 8 newbies have gone from strangers to family in less than a week, and they are a great bunch. Less than 24 hours after we all met we were arranging a Sunday Roast at one of our houses. Nadia lives out of Murcia by about a 30 minute drive on a desolate Golf Resort and offered to do us a roast chicken.

Its like El Dorado-geddon. She cuts straight over the round-a-bouts and car parks to avoid the concretised mounds of red muddy landslide. She is by far ...
