    Cooking class and lunch! Loved the cooking class, taught by the owner and the 2 chefs. We made; Focaccia Bread Zucchini tart Pasta Ravioli stuffed with smoked ricotta and fresh ricotta with fresh tomato sauce Guinea stuffed with sausage wrapped in pancetta Chocolate soufflé Then we ate....     Yesterday was a travel day, today we were back out riding. In a heat wave here, but the air is fresh. Have to love the rolling hills here. Sorry pictures, forgot to charge it. Air conditioning was undergoing some repairs at Borgo Lecchi, so we get to stay at Borgo San Felice. We stayed here last year for a few days pre ride. An old village now owned as a resort.     Well most of us slept in this morning. Russ was up at 5.30 to do some GE work. The rest of us woke at about 7.30. Breakfast was served scrambled eggs asparagus and pancetta. Russ driving today. Siena’s other great square is the Piazza del Duomo, housing a group of ecclesiastical buildings including the Duomo of course, one of Italy’s greatest gothic churches with a colourful marble fašade. We spent most of the day in Siena, walking around its maze of cobbled streets, admiring the architecture, and sitting in the piazzas people watching. A beautiful city, but we were glad to return to San G and Casa del Poggio.
