... This was more a tourist and backpacker visit and we noticed prices went up though quality genrally was down. We found a restaurant thouh and mark managed to get to try his massaman curry which came eventually after nanna had already finished her pad thai. ... worked and it kept me awake all night. When the alarm finally went off I was shattered. Still, breakfast and coffee perked me up a bit and I loaded my gear onto the bike. I checked the chain and adjusted it up slightly so it would be ok or at least as ok as it was going to get. It was bone dry and ragged but it should get me into Bangkok with no trouble.
