... We had a lovely lunch catching up on all their news of East Grinstead and the grandkids. After lunch we walked from Carluccio's up Marylebone High Street to meet Kate and the girls. ... Alexis decided for a cheese platter as an appetizer (which was listed in the menu as a dessert), and I spilled my cranberry juice on the wooden floor and table just before our food came. Thankfully the waiter was very sweet and kind and although he asked if we were American, he didn't seem to have any prejudice against serving us!
