... my glasses or something... or I'm just a party pooper.

Then, we went to a farm animal place, and then we rode horses. Ohhhh my goodness. I have decided to just do things that I'm afraid of or intimidated by, like eat jellyfish and turtles, and today ride horses. So I did. Freaking a. Elise rode before me, and then Shanshan, but they assume that because I'm a boy I'm better / know what the hell I'm doing, but I DON'T. The man started to tell me ...

After that, we browsed through the mall for a while before going to Elise's grandparents' apartment for a lot of chatting, dinner, and then chatting and watching TV. Dinner was very good, and I especially liked the fried lotus root stuffed with pork. Oops. Then we came back to the hotel and I just showed Elise all the youtube videos she's missed out on in the past 3 months. :)

... Shanghai specialty, and no it is not shu mai at all. It's a dumpling wrapper filled with polished sticky rice, according to the translator, and baaaah, it's so gooooood. Aside from that, there was also bean curd, some rice ball sweet soup that I can't remember the name of, wonton soup, and Shanghai style spring rolls (different).

Then, we walked 10 minutes back to our hosts' apartment, where they started cooking lunch. It was almost upsetting ...

The humble administrators garden was next, again it was quite similar to the tiger hill, but larger, more heavily water focused and by far the most crowded (it has the reputation as the best garden).
