      ... ticked off. However, all the next few sights are all more widespread, dotted along the length of Devon and Cornwall, and it would take us the rest of the day to tick off three more.       On the way back Dad took us to a park to play in whilst Mum, Catherine and Phil went home. It was a pretty good park, but then Brigitte fell down a on the slippery grass and it was time to head home.

      When we got back home we went with Aunty Catherine for a stroll through the village and then we had a bit of downtime until dinner.

      ... with reception. Restaurant closed though so just a 'cold plate' for us. Not my type of food - luckily I have a cookie left! Then up to the room.       ... Restormel only saw action once during the Civil war during Charles I rein. After this is basically fell into ruins. However, it is still a nice castle to see today. The surrounding countryside is very nice and you could picture walking through the forests during the castle's heyday and hunting for deer.
