      ... by grinding the seeds with sugar and other starches. The resulting soup looks like wet concrete and is very sweet. We saw some ladies grinding seeds in the street to make the soup and stopped at a restaurant that is known for making it. I enjoyed it but it is very sweet for a soup and I struggled to finish it.
