... We completed a loop that crossed the Helix bridge, up to the barrage and back around to the club house via the Fullerton Hotel.

We stayed at the club house after freshening up for dinner with some of the ladies 1's. We enjoyed nice wine and British favourite pubs nibbles including pizza, spring rolls, satays and nachos. No noodles or rice!

The taxi got us home about 2330, a bit late considering our plan was to get up at 0550 for another ...

*Not so convenient is the parking of the truck. It is too high to navigate standard underground car parks. Sunday morning required an early start, the call was downstairs at 8:00am for an 8:15am departure. As occurred in India (hey Sherro) someone always gets confused about the time and what the term departure means! This time it was the Cougar, first on the taxi to the Padang but last on the bus to Johor Bahru. But at least the Cougar had a good excuse! Arrrgh!
