What a day!! Up early and a beautiful drive along the north coast to the nice hotel, Aggie Grays. The water was so flat it was almost completely reflective, and this bode well since our first plan of action for the day was wakeboarding/waterskiing. They were more than happy to see a group of 11 all wanting to pay them money, however this didn't really make them speed up in any way, and we didn't find ourselves out on the boat until 11:30, by which time it was a bit choppy ...

We were amused by the non availability of the wine. We tried to order a bottle of C******nay, but were told it ...

We headed off to catch the ferry to Savai’i (the larger but less developed island), and made a big mistake on our ferry choice. We felt like refugees huddled among the masses on an open deck trying to find a sliver of shade, the sun burning us alive, while throngs of locals barfed around us. Not the most pleasant ferry experience. Green in the face, we went to our accommodation and spent the next two ...

... yachts.
Arriving on a Saturday morning meant we had to wait until Monday to complete our clearance.
That should have stopped me from hopping in a taxi and head to the vegetable market but it didn’t. Taxi is the way to go here. There are lots of them and a trip to town is five Samoan Tala (less than two dollars). Once you got your taxi-man he is yours and I lucked out by meeting Junior. Junior who should be playing in the PGA tour (he was 6 ...
