Happy with myself for staying in and relaxing! One thing to note here we learned that the Bangkok Airport had been taken over by protesters and that it was closed, we are supposed to fly to Bangkok on Thurs. It is Tuesday now...

... just had a general gawk at all the products in Thai. Definitely don't cater too much for tourists haha! This morning I wandered around the streets, finding out exactly how much of a tourist destination it is. Every shop is either a small bar, souveniers/c;othes etc, beauty/massage spa, or tailor. I let myself get sucked into going into one of the tailors, just to see what it was about. Not much point though, since i'm hitting the gym ...

Returning to Chalong Bay at the end of the day, those number tags came in handy again as they helped us locate our van and transport back to our hotel. The tour of Phi Phi Islands completely met our expectations and worth every penny we paid. A great job by our tour guides of Phuket Siam Seacanoe Tour added to our pleasant day on the Andaman Sea! ... drive like crazy here, sometimes on the left, sometimes on the right, no lanes, no speed limits, and no cops. it was pretty exciting. oh i ran a red light today too, didnt mean to i just didnt see it. thankfully nobody was coming. oops. also i figured out how to buy food from the street vendors, i have no idea what i bought but it tasted pretty good. i think i like thai food. lots of seafood. the next 3 days i dive, then its off to bangkok. =)
