Saturday we took her for a walk around our neighbourhood and a visit to the local grocery store and then we went out for our family Christmas dinner at Patara (a Thai restaurant). ... 3. Ti was hungry so we went across the road for a meal and after it I checked the time and said its quarter to ten, we'd better get back to Jack. Brad looked at his watch and corrected me that it was quarter to eleven! I had no idea it was so late, and poor Jack, we'd been out a few hours, not half an hour. We caught a tuk tuk back and when we got in Jack was sound asleep. The next morning I apologised to him for being gone so long, but he said he enjoyed being by himself (sounds like ...
