Crossed over the international date line so gained a day. Tried to get some sleep but mostly tossed and turned in the intense humid heat. Up at 930 then trekked into town to check things out. Chatted with and older german and swedish guy over breakfast. Took a bus out to the dive shop by the airport. Very interesting bus system here. Privatley owned and operating on their own schedule. Headed into town early to check out souveniers and stopped by the fish market to see if we were still on. The boat was leaving early so ti was a good thing I stopped by. Met the crew(who barely spoke english) and saw our tiny boat. Cruised out to sea and started catching fish within about half an hour. After an hour I finally got my first one... …

Nun ist sie also schon so gut wie zu Ende, meine Zeit auf Samoa.
