... standard of English had been better than the standard of our Chinese/ Vietnamese / Indonesian etc. Usually we learn hello, thank you and how much and everything else is a bonus. That said, the use of yes as as question seems to be an international conspiracy to annoy the life out of us. Everywhere you go its "Transport, yes?", "Accommodation, yes?", "Mushrooms, yes?", "Scarf/fan/sunglasses/tour of the bloody rubbish tip, yes?". Or, if they've not had time ...

Siwa (Shiva), the destroyer and reincarnator, is the main focus of Balinese worship. Two other gods, Brahma the creator and Wisnu (Vishnu) the preserver, are also worshipped. In some temples there is a three-seat shrine for the gods. During ceremonies, the shrine is decked out with colored banners: red for Brahma, white for Siwa, and ...

... beach, but dreamland is another 20 mins drive inland and a long steep walk to the beach.
The Padang beach is a short walk from the car park, where stalls are set up there for the tourist to buy. There was tourist favorite corn, and satay. There are clothes to buy on the beach as well as cold drinks, massages to have, but bargain for the price as they wanted IDR 200.000 too much, 70.000 is better price because it is standard quality.
There are some steps on the ...
