Ok!
I have met some friends am beginning to familiarize myself with some of Tarragona. Over these past days I have explored la Rambla - a big pedestrian stretch with different cafes, restaurants and stores on each side. ... we don't get very creative.
So far we have had orientations to the program and our classes that have been anticlimactic, but I have met tons of new people and most of them are really nice and seem fun.

I left David and Alison after breakfast today and drove a long way down the Spanish Coast to south of Tarragona. I am on a beach site overlooking the med but it's not very sunny! No idea how far I'll get tomorrow towards Mojacar but maybe all the way? We'll have to ...

It was hot and sunny and we sweated a lot - we had to go uphill for a while and then got to stroll through vineyards back to the small village, where we had a lovely lunch of cold meats, cheese, egg, olives and salad (and of course heaps of bread and wine). ... a wine tasting. Those of us that didn't walk met at 10am and strolled around the picturesque medieval town of Mont Blanc for a couple of hours. We really enjoyed the walk around the town. Zaida had arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 12.30 and take us to the Milmanda Estate to join the rest of the group for lunch. It should have taken about 15 minutes but the taxi driver got lost and it took us about 30 minutes to arrive. We had a beautiful lunch of cheeses ...
