    But, luck was with us and she managed a sensational big serving of roast pork belly which was delicious.

    Guess what day it is today... Mother's Day! Side note: Happy Mother's Day mama! Love you very much! Got picked up around 2 pm today to go to the city with the girls! Harriet's mom came and took us to queens street where we met Emma. Hannah didn't feel too good today so she decided not to come. We could decide/ actually..     ... just prior to landing that those passengers going on to Chiangmai could catch a new connection at 9, arriving in Chiangmai about 11. I was ecstatic as I just wanted to get here and wasn't thrilled about having to stopover in Bangkok for the night. We arrived and we were able to give Tannii the biggest hug.     After a busy group checkin we are all settled and waiting for our flight to Sydney. All the boys are happy and full of beans. The novelty of airport lounges is still fresh for many. We've already had some travellers stopping when they read the SLC logo on our caps and wish us well for our journey. We area about to board our flight to Dallas. Next blog will be from Washington DC.     Alarm went off at 4:35am, that about 3:30 hours sleep! Hopefully it woke everyone else up too. We collected up our things then realised the time and headed for the Airbus stop, it was arriving at 5:08am. It was so dark and wet outside. Overhead the driver saying a flight couldn’t take off earlier in the morning.
