The next day we headed south through Abingdon, having lunch with Janet on the way through to the south coast, to be ready to take delivery of the Boomer.

Today was a beautiful day and always will be, it'll be Rob and Sarah's anniversary.
They had a magical wedding ceremony at Saint Peter and Saint Paul Parish of Oxton. We travelled by Rolls Royce to the Church and I was very proud to follow Sarah down the aisle.

Early Christmas morning was spent at Haywood with Rob and James, before going to Crazy Nannas house to celebrate with Mum, Chris, Rachel, Nigel, Clare, Megan, Jack, Tom, Simon, Nick, Suzie and Rupes. Christmas lunch was then at Mums house with Garry, Crazy, Nigel and gang and the boys, it was a great day, full of lots of familyness.

... the experience of ice skating outside at night time and in the rain was AMAZING! I've only been a few times before but with a few cautious laps I was going around and around with everyone else and believe it or not I didn't fall over once! We ended the night with some mulled wine (hot spicy wine) and hot spicy apple juice before heading home to the comfort of our nice warm beds.
