7. Buffalo Sweetbreads: I don't like sweetbreads. I mean I like them but they always taste like chicken nuggets, which I love but not at a fine dining establishment. This I have to say is the first sweetbread dish that didn't taste like nuggets in a good way. And that's a huge compliment from me.
