A fresh food market is an added attraction today.. lots of winter vegetables , fish etc. Xmas garlands and displays made from Pine/ Fir trees dominate as well. Salzburg seems to focus on the naturally made pine tree, seedpod, dried bits & pieces to adorn their homes ...

Our campsite was a short walk from the bus stop which took us in to the centre of town. There was a light misty rain which made everything rather grey, but we set off on our walking tour anyways.
