Small village on the main road but Tucan Hotel set back. Not cheap and only 2 showers/toilets shared between up to 4 people in treehouse, 4 in hammocks, multiple others camping plus 12 people in dorms when fully occupied. Female shower/toilet always full of men as bigger - thankfully came when quiet.

Cocked up the directions to the falls, Cascadas Verde & didn't turn left before hardware store. Ended up crossing the river ...

After dropping Bev off at the airport we headed straight out of town. Of course this took us a good hour due to traffic and the inability to get proper directions! The map I we had purchased at a hotel the day when we came into the country was supposedly up-to-date, but so far I had counted around 10 mistakes. The San Jose portion was no different. By the time we got out of the city it was around 3 PM so we only had a few hours of daylight left and we still had to go ...

Am fruehen Abend war es dann heisser als alles was
ich vorher erlebt hatte. Wir spielten Rummikub und bemitleideten

Had to change plans as there was no space at Sirena Ranger Station. Margarita was able to organise alternative route into Corcovado
Got Marvi bus to Sierpe. Stayed in good cabinas and had excellent meal in their restaurant

... good They have no guest staying here currently so they have all been taking a break from doing as much yoga and mediation which is alight but kinda **** because I was hoping for a straight week of chris time yoga and meditation but its pretty fun either way. All but one person is great. One guys is just a bit strange and quiet. The actuall physical place and teh structure is just so freakin awesome. I have new design ideas for this ...

... far from Tambor we still had many cars in front of us and was told that they had cut off number of cars (about 4 in front of us). As typical when we were going towards the ferry we thought we'd missed a turn so we turned around. Most of its inhabitants seem to be involved in tourism, farming, or fisheries. Visiting here was cheap and easy...just had to strategically leave for town when the tide was low.
