... 8217;s an engineering master-piece, although not all my friends will agree with me.

After two nights in Maryborough we were waved off by John and Colleen as we set off for Warracknabeal in the northern Wimmera, southern Mallee regions of Victoria. We are expecting cross-border confiscation of our potatoes, but we were pleased to be able to pass them over to John and Colleen … a much better solution than depositing them in collection ...

I needed a cold shower after that and then ...

Sovereign Hill is a great place to spend the day or two, it feels just like you have stepped back in time to the 1850's with so much hands on stuff to do for all ages.

As we left Ballarat guess what it was pouring rain and of course bloody freezing... but it's not always like this - so the locals ...

Ah relaxing spa waters...a pain in the pocket!

A travel blog entry by wherrol on Mar 22, 2012

... well we decided it was medical expenses and that was that. Besides our camping fees were zero. Two hours later Sharon felt relief and so did Allan!

The next day we decided to go to Kyneton for the day and see if a 'normal' swim would also help. The day was ruddy freezing, however this was an aquatic centre. Encouraged further by the blackboard sign that said the 25 mtr indoor pool was 29 degrees Sharon took a dip. ...
