    ... are covered by Fuzhou Institute...by the time we are done it is about $2300 in American money for all these events..and it is TOP SHELF!!

    On Monday we visited the Longsheng Terraced Rice Fields which were way up in the mountains it was awesome and then we learned how to make Bamboo Stuffed Rice, and had a country lunch at a Jinkeng Local Farmer's Restaurant.

    When I travel to New Hampshire to see my parents on weekends, Dad and I like to watch Jeopardy the game show. My dad has a great mind and answers many of the questions especially on history and World Wars. I have a really good memory so I can try to match answers but he usually prevails.
