... all over our patio area and it was so pretty. I definitely wish I could bring one of those trees home with me, but I don't even have to check to know that wouldn't be allowed.
We managed to book a shuttle directly through our resort that would take us to the Cagliari airport (about 2.5 hour drive) and from there we got a taxi from the taxi stand by the arrivals that took us to our hotel in Cagliari. It was by far the easiest transportation day we've had all trip.

We spent our evening sitting by the main pool again and listening to the music. Every night they play music by the pool and it's the same rotation of European/Italian songs which EVERYONE loves and knows the choreographed dance to with English songs mixed in. The DJ also loves Bruno Mars and did a lot of singing over the music, which he butchered every time.
Banking issues aside, it was a pretty good day :)
... terrible and we spent more time trying to find a connection than actually looking at the internet or talking to people.
Our last activity of the day before we hit the hay was a late night swim in the tropical pool across from our room. It was set up to look more like a beach and we thought for sure we would get kicked out, but we didn't. Eventually we went back to the room and crashed for the night - it's hard work being in the sun all day!

When 5am rolled around I sat and waited. I assumed there would be an announcement about the ferry arriving on land, and I could tell from the lights on land we had docked.
