    ... is so lovely..and not too hot this week.
    Annie left, reluctantly on Monday. Hated to see her go..but got back into my Giglio paradise immediately. That evening..while sitting in my garden reading..a bee got up into my pant leg and stung me once..I put my foot on the back of my leg..knee jerk reeaction, and then it went higher and stung me 2 more times..until I inverted the pant and it fell out..wow did that hurt. ...

    ... Giglio is mostly made of granite and we were able to see the cliffs.. Also Iron was mined up until the 1960s and we could see the remnants of the caves and areas where this took place. We saw the founder of McDonald's house.( still in the family) with arched portico, of course.     ... did bring. Well..it is a bare bones apt for supplies so good thing I brought what I did..still had to shop for hand soap..dish soap, and a bunch of other stuff. Otherwise, it has all I need...on ground floor, great location, and a short walk to the beach. Been there now 7 times so I know it well and went to my favorite restaurant, Da Tony..
