      This morning when we went to breakfast I was not feeling well. I had some nauseau and found it very hard to swallow.       ... rock formations are very breath taking. We also discovered that these islands are the training rides for many of the professional cyclists. We saw several sets of pro cyclists headed up and down the big climbs. Martin looked and saw team sky, Tinkof Saxo, Movistar and Garmin Sharp were several of the riders we passed.
