We left Portland, Oregon on Friday afternoon, the 27th of October in pouring rain. Laura drove us to the airport and we flew to San Francisco to spend the night so we could catch an early flight out the next day. We decided that we wouldn't go to the Thursday night temple since it was getting late and we were tired. We made our way back to Beth's and immediately Brendan got sick. Uh oh. I wasn't feeling well either and got sick soon after. We spent the rest of the evening and night trying to get through ...
