... are watching them, so we don’t open the shutter too often to look or take photos.The meals were OK, with some selections better than others and wine and spirits available.

Coming into Hong Kong, we are running a bit late, particularly as we are near the back of a full plane, but get good information from the quite sophisticated and very user-friendly seat-back touch screen, which tells us our connecting flight is quite close to our arrival ...

... great modern dance to an American song and Crystal did an amazing closing performance with her rendition of a Chinese song that she sung all in Chinese. We have some incredibly talented kids in this group.

After the closing ceremony we went for dinner in a rain forest restaurant. There were actual growing trees in the restaurant and we were told that it was one of the top 5 places ...

... student tried it out and some like it more than others. We then had a class on Chinese festivals and students had the opportunity to not only learn about the festivals but also to try some of the different foods that are popular at each. Students really loved it. The final class was Chinese language class where students were able to practice some of their basic Chinese writing skills.

... short of a visual stimulation overload. There are people, stuff and deals everywhere. If you are looking for your fake purse this is the place to go. After that the teachers went to visit some elementary school kids who are learning English. It was very interesting to see the process of little ones learning a new language.

We went back to the hotel and welcomed all of our kids back and all went to bed after a long day.
