... Kings Beach as they are re-laying the main car park. To keep the parking availability high they are allowing road side parking by removing one of the traffic lanes, causing delays. To add to the confusion they have also added………a roundabout (or traffic island). This is the first in the area and one of the few in California.

... some of the most fabulous shore line and camping. The star is Emerald Bay, but close behind her is Meeks Bay and Bliss State Park - all a few miles from each other.
