Roadtrippin
... good! We finally made it to the mountain...in the dark...and everywhere was closed... so had to drive back to chiang mai. Eventually made it and Aoi ran over and hugged me and introduced me to all the other guests as her daughter.

220 K's, 2 wheels, 24 hours...Mae Hong Son or bust
... it and the pain was worth it in the end, on a motorbike there isn’t that same justification but the joy and buzz we got from it made the slow climbs really worth it. I wore a smile for the majority of that ride, testing the bike as best I could around the steep and sharpest of bends, over taking the others on the steep inclines (100% down to the fact I had a slightly better bike) and dropping back ...
