... SG who suffers badly from seasickness.

*Our itinerary is compromised even on Day 1 by a 2 hour delay in sailing and a crossing at half power. ( 2 out of 4 engines are apparently not functioning )

... Eventually we noticed signs saying "nord zee" which we assumed means North Sea. But is it the LF1a nordzee route or the LF1b nordzee route? Susan's hypothesis is that they are the same route just in opposite directions. Jimbo's hypothesis is that the a route was direct and the b route was the scenic option. Woke up to brilliant sunshine. Spent the day in Grevelingen a "beach" swimming, windsurfing spot which is actually a dam. No sand just lots of grass and rocks on the edge of the water. Very popular holiday spot for families. Finally had poffertjes at the cafe. Have been waiting since getting here to have some and they were yummy.
