    ... 60ks were into a headwind and a bit challenging. However we all did the whole journey fairly easily in the end, at an average speed of 17km/h.     ... the city skyline, sits on a prominent site that dates back to 1000BC. Its latest "makeover was in 1631 when Gustav Adolf of Sweden expanded a castle into a Baroque fortress with royal gardens. It is the largest fort/castle in southern Germany. The fortress now houses two fine museums also.     ... a pork something or other with a mushroom sauce. The food was ok, not the best, but it seemed to hit the spot.
