... to darken already. Ig turned out that there was a Zagreb bus at 2.45, which we caught and arrived back in Zagreb at 5.15 for the now-familiar walk from the bus station to Hostel Chameleon. We were met at the hostel by a lovely neat pile of clean laundry - what a service! - and have done nothing more energetic this evening than ventured to the supermarket to buy our dinner. Did the Plitvice lakes live up to me expectations? Well, I hadn't counted on the November weather being ...

A pleasant 22 to set off at 9am, dropping into last nights restaurant for breakfast on the way. Probably wont ever be back here again but we will never forget the beauty of the park. It's been a nice stay and a bit of a rest from the scorching heat as it did cool down of an evening more than anywhere else so far. Thinking of Francesca and Ulverstone and the cold nights and mornings. We had 554 kms to cover today so I took the wheel as I was fairly sure it would be an easy drive ...

      Zadar we meet again

We arrived in Zadar yesterday evening, we went out for dinner, which was cut short as Belinda was feeling ill, this meant Ben was 'forced' to eat two meals in record time. We had the morning to wander around and enjoy Zadar, for a second time. Zadar was one of our first trips away when we came arrived. It was a place we enjoyed but never expected to return to.

The first stop was the sea organ, Ben ...
