    ... and bulrushes. For someone that likes hiking and nature, this would be a great place to spend about a week exploring.

    We left at the appointed time of 11:30 for the short ride to the water fall viewpoint. As we drove by some of the hotels, it was amazing to see the number of large tour buses parked in the lots.     ... but as we walked up the hillside we really had a great view and it was quite spectacular.

    Back to the hotel around 2pm probably, had a bath to warm up and stuffed my only walking shoes with loo paper as I don't think I've ever had such wet feet!

    Had a shot of Trava Rica which is supposed to guarantee you won't get sick after being drenched. Spent the arvo chatting to others in the bar and dinner in the hotel again with the rest of the crew.

    ... of the incredible Zadar city. Pulled my lil suitcase along the slippery smoothe stoned pavement and arrived at Zara City Apartments excited about my flash hotel room and first night in Zadar. I checked in and paid my 1190kuna and waited for this man that was supposedly meant to come pick me up and take me to my apartment?     ... clear and we could see hundreds of fish through the surface of the water. When we got back towards the bottom of the walk we found a large cave that you could walk towards. This involved switching back on ourselves on another path that went down over some steps with water flowing underneath. Here the water was a clear light blue and stunning.
