Bed at 5am meant we didn't get going until 11am. Walked to a nearby hot spring resort hotel
(Taiwan is famous for them) and indulged in a hot and cold spring bath to cleanse our pores

Anping, known for its seafood and mostly shrimp that comes in all declinations: fresh, wontons, dumplings, crackers, pancakes and even choux.
