    Hi there,
    this is actually Tom's dad, not Tom.

    Tom is still cruising in northern Norway and I'm sure is having a lot of fun, but he is not doing anything with his blog. He has also not written any emails.

    Need to catch up with myself on this blog and so will combine the next few legs of the trip.

    Before we left the Lofoten Islands we decided to visit a Viking museum located about a 45 min. drive from Kabelvag. The museum includes a recreation of a very large Viking lord's longhouse based on an archaeological find in a farmer's field.
