... hole and take a nap to prepare ourselves for the drive ahead.<br>What a relief it was to arrive in Sweden and be able to actually read the road signs, be able to communicate our needs and carry on a conversation with someone! We drove a bit more than half way to Stockholm to a town called Jönkshöping (yan-sherping). There we started looking for a hotel. Seeing a Comfort Inn on the side of the road we decided to stay. Being exhausted ...
//Lars
Jönköping, Sweden larski... shopping boutiques and cafes. Due to the river the town centre is slightly bizarrely split into the East Centre and West Centre. The camp site was a little too family friendly. First camp site where I had really been aware of bawling kids and yapping dogs. Couldn't stay too long but at least it was possible to escape into the service building for the Internet and a cider:-)
Jonkoping, Sweden gavin.porterAfter rainy Copenhague I made my way across the longest tunnel-bridge in Europe crossing into Sweden. It was a magnificant sight, so I took it slow. No place to stop for a photo opportunity though. You will have to look it up on internet to see what it looks like! Taking a nice lunchbreak in Malmö (very good bean soup indeed!) and on the bike again to do a few (hundred) more kms. Making my ...
(near) Jönköping, Sweden foegoer... saw, a woodpecker yesterday (it was smaller and had a red behind, ID that one for us would you Craig/Joel =). In summer Gem picks her own camomile flowers to make tea with, and the forest is full of blueberries, just fabulous. Gem has become quite the baker, but is so modest and says its nothing, and that most Swedish housewives are great bakers, they have the most amazing array of tasty looking cakes in every shop window. ANd did I mention their tradition is morning tea with 7 ...
Huskvana, Sweden jillsy... stamps the ticket we dont mind and stamp it all thinking it wasnt enough anyway but finally when the young lady controller came over it appear we had stamps too much... cool! Arriving in Helsingor, walking to the ferry line which is just accross the streets and hop after a moment we are on the ferry Hamlet... for a nice crossing standing on the deck and enjoying the sea breeze. Funnyly a german girl come over to me to ask if I needed a lift having seen my board ...

Other upcoming booklets are What is Your Destiny and The Gospel of the Kingdom. The entire 12 lesson Bible Study Course is in the final editing stage. Mjolby, Sweden victorkubik... all of us. It's been so relaxing to just visit and enjoy each other's company. Solveig comes down about every six weeks to share the Sabbath with the Spensers. Solveig Hammar, Paul and Kira Spenser are very devoted to doing things for preaching the gospel in Sweden. Solveig and Kira have translated the booklets The Road to Eternal Life, What is Your Destiny and The Gospel of the Kingdom. All 12 lessons of the Bible Study have also been ...
Mjolby, Sweden victorkubik... down but not out, and before long decided to take a rather dangerous but amusing journey across the sea by arm-powered rowboat. Alex, having recovered from his beverage ordeal, manned the oars and took us on an expedition unparalleled since the times of the great Vikings warriors back in the mists of Scandinavian history. Oh what fun was had! Eventually ...
