    ... It serves a traditional famous Schlosswirtschaft Schattenburg it's a Foot long Weiner Schnitzel. Served with a pickled salad or fries. Chase was up for the challenge being the meat eater he is and as you can see didn't quite get there but gave it an impressive go. It was a great setting in traditional surrounds.     ... any problems, just a couple of places were very sloppy where we slipped a little. We had to pull up on a steep bit, which wasn't ideal. There was a Range Rover one side of the road and a Mini Cooper the other side, both with front end damage, ouch! At the top 7500 ft we pulled in to a parking place, whilst Les de-iced the window wipers I walked Logan. It was bitterly cold, at the side of the car park the snow was about five feet deep. ...

    ... We eventually made it down - after a few shots of Appenzeller (the Swiss liquor) to keep us warm along the way.

    We decided to go to the top via the chair lift to enjoy the fire and have a nice warm bite to eat. Had an amazing dinner - difficult to order again bc of the English but thankfully the young guy was now in the restaurant and helped us order.     ... her down. We both turned to help Juliett down when she discovered that her shoe had become caught in the chair. It was so funny because she ended up having to take her shoe off so we could get that out then she could put it back on.


    On the train on the way back to camp guess who we saw. The guy from earlier. It was actually so weird. We had already boarded the train then he got on the carriage and was like omg but still sat there anyway.

    ... a few photos of the town. There was a few walking trails as well. I walked along one for a few minutes then turned back. I wasn't wearing my waterproof hiking shoes and my feet were getting soaked in the snow.
