    ... today. It reminded me of a small Las Vegas with casinos, locations for weddings, wax museums; Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum, and bright lights. In 1901, Mrs. Anne Taylor a 63 yr old school teacher was the first person to go over the falls in a barrel. My information didn’t state if her students put her in the barrel, or she was just fed up. If it was due to her students they were disappointed 3 hours later when she was fished out, very much alive.

    ... now new snow, down the hill, hmmm I said I think it's the other way, back up said hill to the top still dragging the cases which were now like snow ploughs, Possibly not! I went in a restaurant to ask leaving a not too happy hubby outside, yup it was the other way. Back down the hill dragging snow ploughs behind us, snow blasting in our faces ( personally I thought it was quite funny) and we arrive at our hotel. ...

    ... the Skylon Tower. It was something I'd wanted to do, but wasn't sure we'd get to it, and I was so glad we did. Really great view of the Falls - being so much higher up you could actually see the full shape of the Horseshoe Falls, which you can't from ground level.

    Once down from the Tower, we stumbled into the main touristy part of down - home of Hooters, cheapy tourist shops, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and the Guinness World Records Museum. We didn't ...
