... Qiang and explained that she had took Qiang herself to Chuzhou. That was also the reason why Qiang was transferred to Chuzhou. Even though we'd driven an extra hour to see the gate of his finding place, it was well worth it. This was Qiang's 'roots'. On the long way back we had a great deal of time to let the events of today sink in. The children were very tired and eventually fell asleep in our arms. Again an impressive day. Tomorrow..another quite day....

... They were meeting their 8 year old daughter today.The tension was noticeable.... in an hurry we'd forgotten Qiang's present inour hotel room. Luckily we discovered it on time. Given the poor conditions we skipped climbing a number of the peaks as there really would have been no view at all, which on the plus side saved our legs from at least 1000 more steps! ... my closet and put up my winter clothes and got out my spring/summer clothes. But, alas, winter decided to turn around and wave goodbye, apparently, as it is now back down around 40 degrees. I'm just going to tough it out with my light windbreaker jacket because I don't want to get out my winter clothes again. I prefer winter anyway, so it wont be too bad for me.
