... and we could see right over he entire jungle. So to cut a long moan short my knee was very unhappy on the way down, we ran out of water far too quickly and we hardly saw a single wild animal. We did however get to have a brief swim in Lubok Sinpon and made it back to the resorts mini market to empty out the entire contents of the fridge. Our beach escape!! Cherating is a half awake beach town on the eastern coast of Malaysia. It was the closest nice beach that we could find to Taman Negara. Arriving at Jerantut we discovered that we had just missed one and the next bus wasn’t for another ...

I woke up first at 10 am, had my shower and fixed myself a coffee and then followed by my brother. We were all ready and seated in the room until 12.00 noon and we headed to the lobby to check out of the hotel, as my meeting in Kemaman is at 1pm. Just a note, the states of Terengganu and Kelantan ...

... then fill in the rest with cloth dye. I have never attempted Batik but I have always wanted to, and this was the perfect opportunity to let out our inner artists!

When we got into Cherating we were expecting a long haul into the town where the guest houses are sprawled because of a blog we read, complaining about the distance. However, it was a mere five minute walk to our quaint and cute chalet (Matahari), so we ...
