      ... got out shoes back! Our plan of heading up to beach bar which had a pool had flopped. Now we had all out belonging laid out along branches to dry and that wasn't going to take 5 minutes. We had childish but fun time doing handstands, cartwheels and roly polys, getting covered in sand.       It was warm (32 C) but overcast this morning in Panama City.       Today we took a taxi boat to Red Frog beach and spent the day sunbathing and dipping in the sea. The beach was amazing and very caribbean feeling with palm trees and jungle all along the shore and white sands. We didn't see any red frogs though!
