Simone and I spent the whole day in Norwich yesterday. I had my first taste of a cold day so was rugged up well. I have come down with a cold, so so much for my belief in Olive Leaf Tablets. It's not too bad though, just a few sniffles, so maybe they do work. We went into a lot of Charity Shops looking for a parka for me. Finally managed to get a really nice one for 7 pounds. It was only when I approached Blyford that I had a few climbs but they didn't bother me, as I was making good time and not far from my destination. Sooner than expect I arrived in Southwold after doing ...
