Lily is anything but waterproof! The front windscreen leeks like a sieve, and
the whole front was soaked. And in the back – well drips come through every
window! One of the windows doesn’t close properly (its had a “temporary” fix to
ensure it cant be open from the outside, so Im safe Mum, don’t worry!) and I
plugged that up with clothes this morning just in case. Good job I did, as by

Tonight we are staying outside of Aalborg. We travelled to Skagen which is located at the northern tip of the Jutland peninsula. It is a major shipping centre and fishing town. During the summer it is also a tourist town. Very quaint houses - likely many are vacation rentals. Then we headed back south to Aalborg where we will stay overnight before taking the ferry to Sweden tomorrow ...

I absolutely adore Aalborg! It is not a tourist part of Denmark by any means but it is wonderful. The people are so lovely and friendly, it is very safe and clean, the night life is great, it is beautiful and the food!...... I don't think the food gets any better than it does in Denmark!

I have been here twice already but plan on going many more times and hope, one day to go on a more permanent basis :-)

... especially the East Coast of Tasmania. We enjoyed our lunch by the beach and flying our kite-a good-bye gift from Darren's work(such an ingenious gift!!). Tuesday night we camped in another basic campground within the National Park of Thy. I felt an incredible sense of peace-I was unwashed with greying temples and faded hair colour, but surrounded by my little family and beautiful nature-I was deeply thankful for having the opportunity to visit such wonderful ...

... or so miles on I look in the satnav and see what hotels are in the
area and just as many times before it comes up with "Best Western" and so i head
    for that.
As usual the hotel was grand but extremely busy but I got a nice quiet room
    with tea/coffee the lot.
My plan tomorrow is to make up as many miles as possible and simply head
down the motorway towards Amsterdam. I plan to get passed Hamburg as that is
about half way but hopefully I will get even ...
